Recruitment process here is a complete sham. The only place I know where you submit your application and then you get a canned response five minutes later indicating "thanks but no thanks". Their recruiters, and I use that term very loosely, don't have the fundamental skills to appropriately vet candidates if all they do is push a button to send off lame canned response notices. Where can I apply for that job because it sounds easy to be lazy.

Extremely likely, between the simple setup, automated migrations and great support when you need just a little more control, WP Engine has not failed me yet. There seems to be times when the admin side of a site seems a bit sluggish. This is usually during peak hours, but if your site is on a server with other sites that have heavy loads, you can become affected. WP Engine seriously has the best support out there. They are always professional and get back to you quickly. I host a couple of ecommerce sites with them and it is well worth the money for the peace of mind. Having the staging site is so helpful and easy to use instead of having to set up and maintain a separate dev site myself. The daily restore points and being able to make manual restore points has helped me out tremendously when I’ve accidentally broken things lol It really does feel like having an army of WordPress experts at your side. I've stayed with them since I've had horrid experiences with tech support from other companies in the past, and it's not a fun thing when you spend all night long trying to do all of the research yourself because no one wanted to help you. With that said, I've certainly saved a lot of time and hassle from using WP Engine. Time is priceless and I'll keep spending whatever it takes (within reason) to keep having superior customer service.
But I have found 1 that is smaller, US based, and their technical people are on top of everything, immediately….We use vps and most of our clients eventually transfer to them.
